Project: The client approached DLF to create five stylish townhouses with the aim of setting a new design standard of excellence within the suburb. This development was to be a turning point for the client, signalling to residents within the neighbourhood that property developers were putting people ahead of profits, incorporating a high level of livability, design, style and sustainability. This project is currently in progress and will be complete in 2024.
