Project: Sonley is a local destination for quality dining experiences. Sonley engaged DLF to create an interior architecture that was reflective of the restaurant’s raw, natural methods of cooking. Wagyu steaks are cooked at high temperatures, on natural volcanic stones with simple salt and pepper. The design brief required DLF to incorporate raw material finishes such as blue stone, dark oak, greenery and wood into the renovation while creating a luxurious and romantic date night atmosphere for their neighbourhood.
